Use GradeAI for learning, not harm.

These rules protect students, teachers, institutions, and the reliability of the beta.

You must not use GradeAI to

  • Access, test, scrape, or disclose another teacher's or institution's data.
  • Upload student information without authority or collect more personal data than the grading purpose requires.
  • Make fully automated high-stakes educational, disciplinary, admissions, employment, credit, insurance, legal, or medical decisions.
  • Upload malware, executable content, deceptive files, or material intended to disrupt or probe the service.
  • Infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
  • Create harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Evade quotas, rate limits, access controls, moderation, or security boundaries.
  • Claim that an AI-generated grade was independently verified when it was not.

Enforcement and review

GradeAI may pause grading, remove content, preserve minimal security evidence, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, service integrity, or law. Affected users can request review through the support contact below.

Include your account email and request type. Never email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, or student work.
